About Me
I have been a certified fitness trainer since 2003 and have provided home personal training and collegiate personal training services to clients at Stanford University since 2006. I hold a B.S. degree in Kinesiology (Cum Laude honor) as well as a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, I am a Senior Noncommissioned Officer in the Army, having served in the Armed Forces for over 25 years. The military has instilled in me the core values of discipline, motivation and the dedication needed to be successful in providing a superb home personal training service to my clients. I have the personal training experience along with the teaching, leadership, organizational, and communication skills needed to make my clients' health and fitness goals a reality. My passion for home personal training is intricately linked to witnessing the fitness success of each of my clients and ultimately provides the drive to continue.
My favorite activities include hiking, swimming, biking, yoga, and of course weight lifting. Weight lifting has been a passion of mine for over 20 years and has allowed me the opportunity to live a healthy lifestyle. Special interests include recreational bodybuilding, athlete fitness, senior fitness, physical therapy, and weight loss.
Happiness is being healthy.
