Re-sign with a Cardinal Package and you will get a complimentary fitness assessment utilizing Hyperstrike, a software program designed to optimize your fitness results by incorporating customized exercise and nutrition programs. This is ideal for those who are inherently motivated to work out on their own and prefer dynamic workout programs to prevent boredom.

HOME CLIENTS:
- You must schedule at least 24 hrs in advance.
- You will NOT be allowed to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance without a valid reason.
- To cancel/reschedule your session, click the link at the bottom of your email appointment reminder.
- Please read the cancelation policy below.
- Each personal training session is 60 minutes in duration including a 5-minute warm-up and a 5-minute cool-down (stretching).
- Free fitness assessments given for re-signs.

NON-REFUNDABLE / CANCELATION POLICY:
A client must cancel at least 24 hours before an appointment or will be
charged full price. The trainer is not obligated to refund fees due to the
client’s failure to appear for a session. Valid reasons for missing an
appointment will necessitate the inclusion of the missed session at the back
end of the personal training package.
