"I am a retired Professor of Biology at Stanford University and am 85 years old. Brian has been my personal trainer for over 2 years. I meet with him twice per week for 1-hour fitness training sessions at the Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation on the Stanford campus. During each of my fitness training sessions Brian has me perform a variety of exercises, each designed to place stress on selected muscles of my body. He plans my exercise routine for each session in advance and overall I feel that my entire body is subjected to his personal fitness training routine. Brian is aware of all the positive and negative aspects of each exercise and he stays up-to-date on all the relevant medical information. Without Brian’s supervision I would not perform as many exercises nor do them as rigorously. He is an outstanding dedicated personal trainer and I am confident that he can help you too.
