- Perform one cardio exercise early in the day (e.g., outdoor running) and another after your weight training workout on the same day (e.g., stationary biking)
- Perform several cardio exercises consecutively after your weight training workout (e.g., stairstepper immediately followed by treadmill)
- Perform a different cardio exercise after each weight training workout (e.g., treadmill on Monday, stairstepper on Wednesday and rower on Friday)
