HOW LONG IS EACH TRAINING SESSION?
Each training session is 60 minutes including warm-up and cool-down.

Your first session will be a complimentary fitness assessment to determine your fitness goals and your baseline fitness level. Knowing this information will enable me to develop the appropriate training program for you. To schedule your initial session, simply click here.

I have over 10 years experience training clients like you and I continually stay abreast of the latest fitness trends and research that exists today. I take the business of personal training very seriously and recognize the important health benefits this service provides. I recognize a good amount of trust is involved in deciding whom to hire for this invaluable service. Just be aware that when you hire me, rest assured that I will provide the best service possible. Expect the most customized exercise and/or nutrition program tailored to meet your fitness goal. It is my job to utilize the knowledge and expertise that I have to help you achieve your fitness goal as quickly and as safely as possible.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT DURING A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?
After assessing your health and fitness background (via an assessment form), I design the appropriate training plan conducive toward meeting your fitness goal. A typical training session entails performing the recommended exercises to the specifications prescribed (i.e., sets, reps, weights, rest periods, etc.). Particular emphasis will be on performing each exercise with good posture and pacing. Expect each training session to vary in terms of exercise selection to minimize boredom. But each session will be challenging with progressively heavier weights in order to increase your strength and increase muscle tone. Expect to use a wide variety of equipment including free weights, machines, stability balls, medicine balls, and resistance bands, as well as bodyweight movements to achieve your fitness objective.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING THE TRAINING SESSIONS?
It's preferable that you wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes such as an athletic T-shirt, shorts or sweatpants, and running shoes.
DO MY SESSIONS HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE?
Sessions expire 6 months after date of purchase.

DO I NEED TO GET A MEMBERSHIP?
No. There is no membership fee. The only charge is for the training sessions. I offer a variety of training packages to choose from that will fit into your budget.
