First, he had me go through a comprehensive assessment which involves ascertaining weight training experience, fitness goals, bodyfat assessment, and training program parameters including frequency, intensity, duration, and type of exercises. Next, he designed a personalized circuit training program for me that required a full body workout for each session. As I became more experienced in the training, Brian prescribed more advanced and efficient training programs involving more sets and novel workout split routines such as the push-pull, 2-day split, 8x8 split, speed training, and giant sets. Brian continually encourages me to eat healthy foods, get adequate sleep, and exercise regularly. He also provides the consistent motivation I need to get through each session.
