Habits are certain behaviors we tend to perform so regularly that they become ingrained into our psyche. Rather than eliminating an undesirable habit (e.g., unhealthy snacking), consider replacing the habit with a good habit (e.g., healthy snacking). Everybody has habits. Habits are not necessarily a bad thing but we may have certain habits that are not in our best interest. So how can we break out of continuing to perform bad habits?
