This is an excellent question. Most people don't have the inclination nor the desire to invest a lot of time and money planning and making meals every three hours. What I've learned as a personal trainer is that any sense of inconvenience related to performing a task (i.e., preparing and eating 6 meals per day) will almost certainly doom the accomplishment of it. Fret no more! Here are my 2 easy convenient steps to guide you on your journey to eating every two to three hours (heck, anybody, even poor, harried college students can follow this):
